2009
The company was founded as a family-run cleaning business with just three employees. From the very beginning, quality and customer satisfaction were the focus, which quickly led to a growing customer base.
2014
Following the sudden loss of the company's founder, Kubilay Teyfik, his son took over. With determination and passion, he continued the family business, preserving its values and setting new standards for the future.
2014
Murat Akarca joined the company as the Customer Relations Manager. His dedication ensured smooth customer service and significantly contributed to optimizing service quality.
2024
A significant milestone: WUNDERBAR Temizlik's partnership in Turkey marked the company's international expansion, meaning it is now also present on the Turkish market with its cleaning and consulting services.
2025
Murat Akarca takes over the leadership and re-establishes AKARAT Dienstleistungen GmbH. With a clear vision for the future, he sets innovative standards, raises quality to a new level, and establishes the company as a strong international brand in the industry.

Another significant milestone: The partnership with EKA GROUP and TF GRUP as official service partner of the world-renowned companies Daikin, Mitsubishi, Vaillant, Viessmann and Demirdöküm represented an important step in expansion and strengthened the position in the field of technical facility management.

His commitment and dedication left a lasting mark not only on the company but also on the lives of many who worked with him. Even in his sudden loss, he leaves a void that will be difficult to fill. But his legacy lives on in us – in the values of integrity, responsibility, and an unwavering pursuit of excellence that he demonstrated to us. We will always honor him and carry his vision forward in every step we take. Kubilay will forever hold a special place in our hearts and our history.
