Between 2000 and 2006, she worked at the authorized Arçelik service center , where she gained valuable experience in technical customer service.

In 2006, she and her team founded their own company and began offering professional services in the field of air conditioning technology .

In 2017, she became part of Daikin ’s “Sakura – Female Technician” project, which is dedicated to promoting women in the technical services industry.

Since 2022, she has been the first female technician to be part of the new and unique “Daikin Sakura Authorized Service” project, which was launched for the first time in Turkey – a milestone for women in the industry.

With pride, expertise, precision and great commitment, she continues to work actively as a technician and supports customers with high competence.

Thanks to her many years of experience, she is now reliably available to every customer in both Germany and Turkey .
